I run Body Techs Rx Wellness + Rehab in Richfield, MN—a small, family-owned center with a big mission: make wellness accessible, welcoming, and results-driven. We do the simple things well and the advanced things responsibly: whole-body and local cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, body sculpting, chiropractic & sports rehab via partners, and a growing esthetics side for healthy skin and confidence.
I’m the guy who says “Cryo now or cry later.” It’s my way of keeping recovery real. We meet folks where they are—weekend warriors, busy parents, injured athletes, and people living with everyday pain. And sometimes we literally meet them where they are: our mobile cryo & wellness trailer rolls into parks, job sites, tournaments, and community events so transportation isn’t the barrier.
Before Body Techs, I spent two decades running high-volume restaurants. Chaotic? Sure. But it taught me hospitality, operations, and how to keep calm under pressure. That same energy powers our center: warm welcome, no judgment, straight talk, and a plan that fits your life.
